We demonstrate using image photography the best breast implant dimensions and size to suit you, and whether these should be placed under muscle, partially under muscle and breast, or breast alone.

Mastopexy with implant based Augmentation
Lipo (Fat) Transfer
For patients who are not keen on implants (either an allergy or general hesitancy) Mr Ragoowansi carries out augmentation of the breasts with fat only. Extra fat deposits (peri-umbilical, flanks, hips) are harvested with a secondary gain to the donor sites in terms of reshaping. The fat is then processed into a thin, fine suspension and then injected into the breast in a structured, systematic fashion to build its base, followed by projection under the nipples and finishing touches to the periphery with due attention to cleavage restoration and superior-pole fullness.
Fat transfer only delivers a 1 or 1 ½ cup size increase and in our series (with 5 year follow up), approximately 30% of patients require a “refill” within a couple of years.
